To express our gratitude for the constant support of our shareholders, and to increase the appeal of investing in the Company’s shares, we have implemented a shareholder benefit plan.

※1 The continuous shareholding period is counted from on the reference date of March 31, each year. Eligible shareholders have the same shareholder number recorded or registered on consecutive reference dates. For a shareholding period of one year or more but less than two years, the number appears two times, for two years or more but less than three years, three times, and for three years or more, four times or more.

※2 The old plan will be discontinued as of April 1, 2026.

Timing of Dispatch

Following the confirmation of shareholder rights at the end of March, the shareholder benefit notice and dividend-related documents are scheduled to be sent out in late June.
